Remax listing
This is the house that had all the finishing touches to make it look lux. High ceilings, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, nice floors, nice cabinets, etc. Yet, again, the bedroom placement was off. Master by the kitchen, two bedrooms on the other end of the floor, and then two more rooms in the basement away from each other.
THis is what you see from the front door.
The front yard is covered with river rocks. The snow left a large puddle in the middle of the front yard, and it almost looked like a pond. Imagine how fun it would be in the summer. All your neighbor kids would be in the pond. :)
Turn left once you enter the front door, and there are two bedrooms and a bathroom in the middle.
Here is what you see from the front door when you look to the left.
There is a living room in front of you and a kitchen to the right of that with a nice dining area.
The kitchen felt dark to me. I didn't like the red cherry with black granite. Everything surely looks lux, though. here you can see where the stairs to the basement is, and the door to the garage is right there, too.
This must be the bathroom in between the two main floor bedrooms... unless there was another one close to the kitchen.
Lots of river rocks. We can use some in our yard, so if you want grass instead, we will take some off your back.
The laundry room is right across the master.
Next to the laundry room is the garage. Instead of having the staircase and a narrow hall, I would have made the laundry/mudroom right up to where the staircase is, so kids could drop their stuff and then enter the house.
Looking at the house from the front door, the master bedroom is on the right, next to the kitchen.
The master bath is grand. I guess this is the kind of finish Aunt Ruby would expect at the Carolstar house. There is a walk in off the bathroom and a regular closet in the bedroom.
The view from the bedroom was lovely.
The stairs take you right to the large family room, which has a door to the back yard. Since the deck has no stairs, that is the only way to the back yard.
There was a large walk-in closet in one of the rooms of the basement.
L-shaped fruit room with a sink!
There are two bedrooms down stars, a den, and a bathroom. The bathroom is between the den and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom is clear on the other side of the large family room. With the basemant being a full walkout, the rooms are bright and pleasant.
Closets in the bedroom.
A den, also in the basement. It can't be counted as a bedroom since there are no windows.

960 SW Crestview
Beasley Realty listing
This house was pretty inside and out, but had problems with the layout. The bedrooms were scattered all over the house, and the kitchen wasn't the best.
The porch was nice.
You walk right into the living room which is open to the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen was not very user friendly. The island was too far out from the rest of the kitchen and didn't have much counter space to work with. Too bad because there is plenty of space for a nice kitchen with a nice big island.
To the right of the front door you have these stairs for the basement. Also your master is on the main floor.
If you look to the left from the front door, you will find a full bathroom
and a bedroom, which they use as an office.
Another view of the living room from the front door.
There is a park next door, and some parking. you can invite a lot of friends and they can park just fine.
The yard is fenced and pretty flat.
Nice sized deck.
more picture of the kitchen. Some nice deep drawers.
The master is on the main floor as well on the right side of the house. I didn't take a picture of the actual room, but it had a walk in closet.
And a nice bathroom.
The stair case is in the middle of the house, so the basement is divided into two sections. Here is one.
And then Aunt Ruby will lead you to the other. The left wall you see is the staircase.
Walk out basement. The dog was patiently looking in to see when he was going to let in.
here is the other side of the basement. There are two bedrooms back where Joe is with a bathroom in the middle. Too bad they are so far away from the master upstairs.
View of the two spaces.
The two bedrooms and bathrooms in the basement.
The room you would use as a fruit room.
