780 SE Meadowvale

Remax listing

This house has wall paneling in some places. I didn't know if that is something you like. I wasn't a big fan because it looked too country, but some people love it. I liked the basement because you land in the family room, and then there are lots of bedrooms and a big laundry station in the middle of it all. Forgot to take any pictures of the basement, though, once I realized that it wouldn't work for you guys because the master is on the main floor with another bedroom right next to it, but the rest of the bedrooms are in the basement. Remax pictures 10 to 14 are all from the basement if that helps.

When you enter the house, you see stairs going down to the basement in front of you(pic 3 in the Remax listing).

To the left are two bedrooms and a hall bath, picture below. The lighting is bad in this picture, but it was a pretty bathroom with some grey tones.

Here is a better picture of the stairs and you can see the door to the hall bath.

This is what you see when you look straight from the front door. Behind that wall with a star is the kitchen.

This is the bedroom on the main floor that is to the left of the hall bathroom.

Some details of the master bath and walk in closet.

Separate toilet.

Here is the master bedroom, which was to the right as you face the hall bath. The door is to the deck, and the view to the Lawson garden was great.

This is what is behind the wall with a star.

Their yard backs up to Lawson garden, which is a plus and reflects on the price, but it is not one of those houses where your green lawn continues into the park. There are some bushes and you go down a bit. We also noticed that the house to the left of this picture below was very closely built, which made the yard feel a bit closed in on that side.

The kitchen is spacious and the granite is pretty. The eat-in area is spacious and pleasant.

When you enter the house and look to the right, you see the formal dining area(Remax pic 4). It is all carpeted, and is not the best location for entertaining(no windows or view), so I don't know who would want to eat there. I would section it off for an office maybe.

In Remax picture 5, you see a white door in the back. There is a little mudroom with a sink there, and another door to the garage.

It is a coach's house. I don't know what coach, but there was a lot of Cougar going on everywhere.
